Three-Lobes impeller rotation:
The precision and accurate rotor is manufactured. The area utilization coefficient is 0.53, the volume efficiency is increased by 5%~8% at 98kPa, and the noise is reduced by about 5dB.
CNC machining technology: All the rotors are produced by special precision CNC equipment, and the quality is checked by professional technicians, so there is no performance error between each blower. The rotor has been subjected to dynamic and static balance tests before assembly, so the vibration of the blower is minimal.

- Lower energy consumption: The three-lobes design reduces countercurrent pressure on the rotor, and correspondingly reduces energy consumption.
- Bearing life extension: The design of the three-lobes blower is derived from HEY-WEL to optimize the load distribution between the rotor and the gear. By the proper balance of the three impellers, the blower can provide a higher speed, and effectively reduce the vibration in the operation process and increase the resistance of deflection, so that the service life of the bearing is increased by about 20%.
- Effective noise reduction: The design of the three-lobes blower can control the backflow pressure of the rotor by the impeller, which can effectively reduce the pressure pulsation in the process. This not only saves energy consumption, but also reduces noise by about 10dB.
- High efficiency and easy maintenance: Three-lobes blowers are lubricated by oil, and the bearings can provide the advantages of lower operating temperature and longer running time, so as to improve production efficiency. At the same time, the dual tank design is separated from the gas chamber, which will allow it to discharge pure gas and easy maintenance. Maintenance is cheap and maintenance cycle is long.
- New system: The new type of fully enclosed oil tank and lubrication system ensure that the blower does not spray oil and oil leak, and put an end to the old Roots blower oil injection, oil leakage phenomenon caused by the site pollution.
