Three-Lobes impeller rotation:
The precision and accurate rotor is manufactured. The area utilization coefficient is 0.53, the volume efficiency is increased by 5%~8% at 98kPa, and the noise is reduced by about 5dB.
CNC machining technology:
All the rotors are produced by special precision CNC equipment, and the quality is checked by professional technicians, so there is no performance error between each blower. The rotor has been subjected to dynamic and static balance tests before assembly, so the vibration of the blower is minimal.
- Submerged in water: According to the professional design, the machine is placed in water, which can not only run efficiently but also reduce the noise.
- Lower energy consumption: The three-lobes design reduces countercurrent pressure on the rotor, and correspondingly reduces energy consumption.
- Bearing life extension: The design of the three-lobes blower is derived from HEY-WEL to optimize the load distribution between the rotor and the gear.
